Thrive's Mentoring Tree
Here at Thrive Future we regularly speak with women in the corporate world about their experiences in the workplace and what would help them to thrive.
One thing that is often mentioned is the opportunity to be mentored.
Having researched mentoring schemes, a recurring challenge is that there are often far more people looking for mentors than there are people who are able to mentor.
To overcome this, we have created a programme where everyone will benefit from a mentor who is more experienced and will also act as a mentor to someone who is less experienced. We call this our Mentoring Tree.
