About the event

We are delighted to invite you to join a transformative virtual workshop exploring Moral Resilience in the Workplace, where Nisha Das, Training and Education Manager at Thrive Future, and Cara de Lange, Founder & CEO of Softer Success, will guide you through a thought-provoking exploration of moral resilience with a focus on gender dynamics.

March 12, 17:00 - 17:45 GMT via Zoom.

Agenda:

  • Warm welcome from hosts and introduction to moral resilience.
  • Questions about Moral Resilience: How does moral injury manifest in the workplace? Who may be more susceptible to moral injury?
  • Applying an Intersectional Lens: How do factors such as gender, race, ethnicity, socioeconomic status and sexual orientation shape experiences of moral resilience? How can businesses create an inclusive environment that addresses the diverse needs of all employees in the context of moral resilience?
  • Open discussion: Opportunity for audience to ask questions, share their experiences and perspectives.

About the hosts:

Nisha Das has almost 10 years experience in the VAWG (Violence Against Women & Girls) sector working at grassroots charities to manage services and implement new contracts, she moved onto working at a London borough as the VAWG Lead where she commissioned projects in relation to domestic abuse, knife crime and gang intervention. Working on a strategic level she also worked on the development of the borough's VAWG strategy and co-chaired their Domestic Homicide Review panel. Now at Thrive, Nisha creates content for the digital education platform (to launch Spring 2024) , delivers training globally to their business clients and works on business development opportunities.

Cara de Lange is a specialist in the science of burnout. A visionary author, wellbeing consultant and futurist, she founded Softer Success® to provide evidence-backed burnout solutions for businesses. Working with the world’s top universities, researchers and psychologists, she created the ground-breaking, anonymous wellbeing assessment ‘A Walk Through the Forest‘, which can diagnose the risk of workplace burnout and toxicity in 90 seconds.

Join us for this insightful workplace that shapes the narrative of moral resilience and gender to create workplaces that are not only productive but also compassionate and inclusive.
