Radhika is a Paediatrician in New Delhi. She is the Founder and President of Every Infant Matters, a non profit organisation dedicated to the upliftment of disadvantaged children, worldwide. Its flagship programme is preventing blindness in children by improving nutrition and dispensing vitamin A. They also work in areas pertaining to maternal well being, deworming of children, counselling young mothers regarding good practices in childhood, removing stigma, promoting gender equality and have focused a lot of their energy into covid relief in the last few months. A big part of their work involves advocacy with stakeholders and educating communities to reduce instances of gender based violence, female genital mutilation and protection of young girls from sexual predators in African and Indian communities. Radhika believes in inclusion and health equality and wants to ensure ubiquitous access to healthcare for all.
She is a Forbes Asia 30 under 30 honouree, a One Young World ambassador, a Trust Changemaker with the Thomson Reuters Foundation, WEDU Rising Star and Changemaker, and a Global Peace Index Ambassador for the Institute for Economics and Peace, Sydney. She is a prolific writer and has contributed commentaries to various internationally acclaimed platforms including Project Syndicate, HuffPost, Medium and The Times of India.
