About the event

Abuse doesn’t always end when a victim leaves the abuser. This year, to mark the UN 16 Days of Activism, we are hosting an interactive workshop designed to delve into the complexities of post-separation abuse and understand the challenges faced by employees after leaving abusive relationships. During the session, we will define post-separation abuse and provide practical tools to help you implement effective processes, policies and support mechanisms in the workplace to support affected employees. Attendees will also have the opportunity to hear from EIDA ambassador, Charlotte Budd, who will share her story.
